Pinnacle Garage Doors is closely monitoring and responding to the COVID-19 situation as it evolves in Australia. Our main priority is the safety and well being of our staff and customers are we would like to ensure everyone that we are taking all the necessary precautions to keep our customers, contractors and employees as safe as possible during this difficult time.
We are closely monitoring updates from the Department of Health and the World Health Organisation regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance and updated information from these agencies, public health officials and all levels of government daily.
Due to COVID-19, our office and staff are taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. There will be no change to business hours and we are operating at full capacity, but have made the following changes to ensure everyone’s health and safety.

Money or Cash Payments
As a business we will still accept cash however we will encourage the use of non-contact payment such as card payments or direct deposit.
We will continue to service all our customers however all self-isolating customers must inform our office before any appointments so that additional measures can be taken to protect our staff.
Please Note: If you have been overseas in the last 30 days or if you feel unwell, you must inform our staff immediately.
Assisting our Employees
We are in continuous communication with the entire Pinnacle Garage Doors team, reminding them of the importance of good hygiene and providing health education and support. We are ensuing the team has access to PPE and hand sanitiser gel. We have distributed these supplies to all our customer-facing employees to ensure they have the appropriate supplies necessary to protect themselves and our customers.
Business as Usual
Pinnacle Garage Doors is currently unaffected and continues to operate at full capacity to service all our customers’ needs. We thank all our customers for their support during this time and we will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves.
